Today, Eagle River is a fast-growing residential area with a full range of businesses, most located along the Old Glenn Highway east off the Glenn Highway. |
| Eagle River has accommodations, dining, supermarkets, banks, gas stations, a laundromat, shopping centers and a variety of specialty shops, like Dina’s Cozy Cabin Quilts.
